I use evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness, and integrate techniques that fit your personal style and needs.
